From End Users (Customers):

Reaction data (emoji selections)

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

Display reaction counts on product pages
Prevent spam and abuse
Generate analytics for merchants

Data Storage

All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with:

Encryption at rest and in transit
Access controls and authentication
Regular security updates
Data centers in Europe (europe-west1 region)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data:

With the merchant whose store you interacted with
When required by law
To protect our rights and prevent fraud

Data Retention

Reaction data is retained indefinitely unless:

The merchant deletes their account
The merchant requests data deletion
We receive a valid deletion request under GDPR

TrustPirate does not use cookies. We use device fingerprinting for spam prevention, which does not track users across websites.
